This
excellent position requires a competent individual
with knowledge, skills and experience listed below:
§ MCSA or MCSE certificate including 3-5
years of experience;
§ Experience in Active Directory setup and
implementation including Group Policy;
§ Excellent PC Troubleshooting and Hardware
Experience
§ Specific knowledge of Windows 2003 Server
and Exchange 2003;
§ Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware
and software;
§ Outstanding customer service and interaction
skills;
§ Excellent communication skills both verbal
and written.
§ Certifications desired: A+, N+, CISCO,
Citrix and Security+
§ Must have vehicle as work is done on site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Network administration (creating and maintaining
user IDs and passwords, granting network access
and user network folder creation);
§ Network folder and group creation, including
setting specific rights to ensure data protection
following company standards;
§ Maintain backup and restoration procedures.
This includes creation and maintenance of system
policies and tape rotation schedules;
§ Conduct research on emerging products,
services, protocols and standards.
§ Network Design and Implementation
§ PC Trouble shooting and Hardware diagnosis.
§ Work in low supervision situations where
deadline and customer satisfaction is paramount.
§ Need to be a self starter who is willing
to go further for our clients.
